Why: Open the interaction without pressure. Scanning is optional but invited.
Invite the scan
"Hold your phone here for under a second — that's your capsule."
Why: Set expectation for fast scan and a clear visible reward.
Explain the capsule
"That capsule is yours. It remembers this visit, no account required."
Why: Reinforce sovereignty + low friction.
Invite the return
"Come back tomorrow — your capsule grows."
Why: Plant the repeat behavior, the heart of Node 001.
Handle scan friction
"Let me try that again — sometimes the panel needs a second."
Why: Stay calm. Re-test. Log incident if it happens twice.
Handle incidents
"Thanks for letting me know. I'm logging this now."
Why: Acknowledge, log, and route. Never minimize.
Close the shift
"Thanks for stopping by. Node 001 closes at [time]."
Why: End the shift gracefully. Honor the rhythm.
